For our recent laneway project, we sought to redefine the possibilities of infill architecture, transforming an 1,800-square-foot footprint into a surprisingly expansive retreat. Balancing the robust demands of a four-bedroom, four-bathroom layout with an atmosphere of quiet luxury, the design proves that high capacity doesn't require compromising on serenity. By prioritizing a seamless spatial flow and drawing abundant natural light deep into the structure, we elevated the daily experience of every room. The result is a home that defies expectations—a highly functional, beautifully grounded space that feels less like a secondary dwelling and more like a definitive sanctuary.
